I ve not personally tried using a 360 panorama to do a 3d reconstruction although in theory it could work if we use the raw images not the stitched 360 panorama for the reconstruction. You can use walkabout worlds panomodeller to turn a 360 photo into a full 3d model. Simply import your 360 product images that you photographed or rendered in your favorite 3d cad software and hit publish.
